Nutrition of Dragon Fruit

Dragon fruit is very popular these days. This fruit is so unique because it similar with dragon. There is much good nutrition of fruit inside dragon fruit. Many people usually consume this fruit directly without make it into something. This fruit is usually consumed by people when they are thirsty, because 90 percents of this fruit consists of water. Dragon fruit is sweet enough. This fruit can be made as juice, jam, fruit extract, and so on based on your desire.

Generally, experts said that dragon fruit is rich enough of potassium, ferrum, protein, fiber, and calcium. This fruit will be able to increase human’s immune system and stabilize body’s metabolism. We will be able to get a lot of nutrition of fruit if we eat dragon fruit too. Dragon fruit is good for blood circulation system, neutralize toxic inside our body, and reduce emotion pressure.

Some research also show that this fruit will be able to prevent intestine cancer, reduce high cholesterol rate, and decrease fat rate inside our body. I’m not saying that I dislike fat people. I just want them to keep their health. Obesity people are too risky about any serious diseases than thin people. So, you have to control your weight from now on.

Fruit and vegetable contains a lot of good substance since long time ago. There are many vitamins and minerals that our body can use. Some of them can be our herbal medicine and make our body always healthy. Consuming fruit everyday will be very helpful to stay healthy. We should not hesitate about nutrition of fruit anymore.  A lot of research has proved that fruit nutrition is very good for our body. But, we still have to follow the consumption procedure. For some kind of fruits, we can’t consume them too much because it may cause bad effect. For example is cucumber. Cucumber is good for our health, but if we consume it too much, it may cause anemia.
